The RI Institute BIO Health was established in 2014 by Rosy Intriago, a lifelong advocate of natural health, sports, and sustainable living. Her passion for Bio Health, nutrition, and sport is deeply rooted in her heritage: Rosy comes from a family of community leaders, organic producers, and entrepreneurs who have lived in harmony with nature for generations—growing, developing, and consuming their own natural products.

From the age of 13, Rosy immersed herself in multiple sports, including basketball, cycling, and athletics. These experiences, combined with her natural upbringing, inspired her to create her own method—Bio Sport—designed to build and sustain the foundations of a healthy life.

Rosy holds a Master’s degree in Bio Health Sciences and has developed an innovative and holistic approach to well-being that integrates:
