The time is now!
You don’t do diets or sports, but you do BÍO nutrition and Bio sport.

You will obtain the following professional knowledge:
1.-Explanation about how the body works and the reasons why you have not achieved your goal with your health and physique until now.
2.-Nutritional plan updated every week.
3.-Explanation on the influence of food products on the body
4.-One hour and a half a week of Bio sport in a group or individually
5.-Answers to all your concerns during the six weeks of training
6.- How to prepare and use Bio cosmetic products based on the products ingested during the nutritional plan.
Upon completion of the training, you will obtain a certificate of completion from RI Institute and Bio Health of Sciences located and registered in The Hague, Netherlands.
The days of Bio sport are as follows:
