FROM PASSION TO PURPOSE

Since I was 12 years old, sport has been a deep and meaningful part of my life. From an early age, I developed a strong desire to discover my potential, challenge my limits, and bring out the very best in myself.

Growing up, life was not always easy. My parents’ divorce meant that I did not always have the family support I needed. From the age of 13, I learned to take responsibility for myself. I was living with my older sister, who worked long hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and I had to become independent at a young age.

But those challenges did not stop me. They made me stronger.

I continued to believe in myself. I trained, learned, experimented, and constantly searched for new ways to understand and develop my body.

While many young people were spending their free time going out with friends, I often chose to train in nature, explore movement, and challenge myself to become a better athlete and a better runner.

Running became the foundation of my sporting journey. Over the years, however, I explored many different disciplines, including basketball, international mountain biking, athletics, strength training, calisthenics, and other forms of physical training. Whatever sport I practised, I continued running and developing my endurance.

Through years of experience, experimentation, study, and self-discovery, I gradually developed my own approach: Bio Sport & Bio Nutrition; a philosophy centred on understanding the human body, movement, athletic performance, nutrition, and natural health.

This journey eventually led me to create RI Institute; a platform and business through which I can develop, apply, and share my knowledge and experience with others.

MY SPORTING JOURNEY

In 2025, I decided to challenge myself even further and pursue my maximum potential as a professional runner.

I was fortunate to meet a top-level trainer who helped me discover abilities within myself that I had not fully explored before. Among them was sprinting across different distances, including the 100 m and 200 m.

After eight months of focused training, I was able to put into practice many of the abilities I had developed throughout my life.

I challenged myself across an extraordinary range of distances and disciplines, from 100 m, 200 m and 300 m sprints to 800 m, 1,500 m and 3,000 m races, half marathons, and marathons.

I competed nationally in sprinting and had the opportunity to run both the Paris Marathon and The Hague Half Marathon.

These experiences taught me something profound:

The human body often carries far more potential than we realise.

For me, that potential could only be unlocked through discipline,

THE PATH TO ORGANIC HEALTH

Since 2014, I have chosen to dedicate myself deeply to the study of organic health and the human being as a whole.

I wanted to understand the connection between the body, movement, nutrition, performance, lifestyle, and natural health, not simply as separate subjects, but as interconnected parts of one human system.

For approximately 10 years, I have dedicated myself to professional study, research, experimentation, and continuous learning in areas related to the human body, general health, sport sciences, organic sciences, and product innovation.

I have built this knowledge on the foundation of my previous education, professional experience, sporting journey, personal research, and, above all, an ongoing passion for understanding how the human body can function, adapt, develop, and perform at its best.

I am still learning today, because I believe that learning should never stop.

I am deeply grateful to God for allowing me to continue this journey and for giving me the strength, curiosity, and opportunity to share what I have learned.

THE VISION OF RI INSTITUTE

Through RI Institute, my goal is to make my knowledge, experience, and passion accessible to people who want to improve their health, movement, physical performance, and quality of life.

RI Institute is based in The Netherlands, with a vision that reaches across Europe, Ecuador, and Latin America.

My ambition is to create a bridge between knowledge and real-life application, helping people better understand their bodies, develop healthier habits, improve their physical abilities, and discover what they are truly capable of.

Wherever I am, I want to be able to train, educate, inspire, and share what I have learned with people who are looking for a better way forward.

Because this journey is not only about sport.

It is not only about nutrition.

It is not only about performance.

It is about the human being as a whole.

It is about understanding our potential, respecting our bodies, developing our abilities, and continuing to grow throughout life.

This is my journey; from passion to purpose.

A lifelong journey of discovering the potential of the human body, and helping others discover theirs.
